I just recently bought a 64GB iPad Wi-fi. I need to restart it at least twice a day or it will constantly crash in almost all applications. No errors come up or any pop ups about a lack of memory. My iPhone almost never crashes.

Is this a problem that many people are having?

I have not seen it in mine. Have you tried to do a full restore from iTunes. I have heard that some of the iPads has corrupted software and a restore fixed them.

This also sounds like it's not the iPad crashing, but certain apps. I do have one or 2 apps that will quit unexpectantly if they can not get a good internet connection.

Hmmmm I don't know if it was having troubles connecting to the Internet when starting the apps. I do see, like many, a poor wifi connection almost all the time. I may try a full restore. I really didn't want to have to do that though.

I am starting to have the problem as well. Mine is mostly in the photos app. I have put in a msg to apple for a call tomorrow to see what can be done. I have put tons of pix on my ipad that are not saved in itunes and I cannot figure out how to get them to itunes to back them up. I'd rather not do a full resotre if I don't have to.

Mine has begun crashing in almost all applications Particularly when memory use rises such as when loading data or watching a video in safari. I have yet to try a restore as a last resort...
