Mpeg2 Transport Stream/AC3 in Compressor?

Hi All,
I have to deliver content to Comcast On Demand here in the Atlanta area and their requirements for video are as follows:

Video settings:
MPEG2 Transport Stream 4:2:0 /---/Bit Rate:3:18 / Resolution 528 x480 / Aspect Ratio 4:3 . Interlaced upper field

Audio settings:
Mpg1 Layer 1 audio at 192kbs/ Coding Mode Stereo (2/0) Layer 2 Dolby AC-3 / ES Bit Rate

I haven't found a way to get a MPG2 Transport Stream file with AC3 audio. Is this even possible in Compressor?

Macbook Pro 2.8GHz 8GB Ram, Mac OS X (10.6.3), FCS 7 / Compressor 3.5.2

I don't see that as a selection either. The audio goes down as Mpeg-1 which is normal. I wonder if that translates to AC3 on the outside as far as the user is concerned?

I'll have to look at Squeeze and see if it will do it.

I just looked in Squeeze, which does let you choose between Mpeg 1 or 2 for audio in a program stream. I wonder if they just mean the same audio you'd find on a DVD?
Cable has been using MPEG for broadcasting for ages. It must make some sense.

Yea, they are looking for the same audio you'd get on a DVD. I am trying to see if I can get it through Squeeze. Thanks for the help. I will repost when after testing.

Ok, Squeeze might not be the solution after all. Comcast requires a Transport stream, not Program or Elementary. Haven't found it in Squeeze.

if you look under the extras tab in the mpeg2 compression settings, you'll see an option for audio with Transport Stream or Program Stream. This is with compressor 3.5.2. The Mpeg1 audio is in fact AC3 at 192kb/sec.
