iFixit just released an article in which they replaced a white MacBook's (Fall 2009) battery with one from the newest generation (Spring 2010), effectively boosting the battery life of the computer by nearly 3 hours (from 7 to 10 - though, this won't be exact, as the hardware in both models is different).

I guess my question is this: Is it possible to replace the June 2009 MBP (13") battery with one from a Spring 2010 MBP as iFixit has done with the MB? And before you say it, I realise that battery replacement is not SUPPOSED to be done by the end user, but I'm asking hypothetically (of course). Are the batteries the same size with the same leads and will this work?
