The files to remove are in your home directory's Library/Preferences folder, and they are in the following format:
com.apple.print.custompresets.plist
com.apple.print.custompresets.forprinter.<printer name>.plist
The Standard preset being changed is probably a result of saving a setting as the default, so you can remove com.apple.print.PrintingPrefs.plist also.
If you want to make everything revert to the original settings and don't mind re-addin your printers, you can remove all the files starting with com.apple.print.
