Missing Component Issue

I recently moved my wife's user over via Time Machine and now every time I open iMovie I get the missing Quicktime component error. So, using Pacifist, I reinstalled the component and I still got the error. So I reinstalled and updated iMovie completely, still nothing. I do not know what to do now other than remove her account completely and start over.

Anyone know what to do?
