No, the video chips in all Mac systems are only designed to handle a maximum of two displays. So even if there were a splitter, all you could do with it is have multiple displays showing the same thing. And if you really want something like that, you'd probably need some kind of signal booster sitting in the middle.
You could probably do Mini-DisplayPort to say VGA, and then find a VGA splitter device that has a signal booster that sends the input to several different displays. But like I said, they would all be showing the same thing, you won't be able to connect 3+ displays and have each showing different content.
