HOW TO FIX ERROR CODE 1009

I CANT DOWNLOAD ANY APP FROM THE APPSTORE A MESSAGE APPEAR:
*YOUR REQUEST CAN NOT BE PROCESSED ERROR CODE: 1009*

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASSSSEEE.

That means that itunes has detected, through your IP address, that you're in a country where the apps you are trying to purchase cannot be purchased.

i've been using appstore for 8 months i'va faced this problem from 4 days ago.
amyway thx for u help but still not understanding the reason to block th IP in my country lebanon.

Complain to your elected officials. Apple has to comply with local laws regarding the purchase of itunes content and if local laws prohibit the purchase of such, well you get the idea.

**if i have tried to Install 2-3 App and received Error Code 1009, then could I result; I CAN NOT INSTALL ANY APP SOFTWARE???????????**
**or maybe I can Install some of them and try other-one????**
