Parkinsons & Macbook Pro

So I have a friend who has Parkinson's. He does moderately well, but his ability to manage mousing, typing and clicking are diminishing, so I'm hoping to find an alternative for him.

With the problems with his hands, I'm guessing some type of eye controlled method may be in order sooner than later.

Is there a site that outlines other access options for people with varying degrees physical challenges?
