Trouble installing Itunes on Windows 7

Got a new laptop a couple of months ago and trnsferred my itunes library to it. Upgraded to windows 7 a month ago, and had to re-download itunes. Itunes downloads, but I cant find the app afterwards. incredibly frustrating. also missing half of my library (two users on this pc) Pls help!
