You get them off as you would any digital camera.
You don't say what type of computer you have so instructions are different depending on that.

But once plugged in you can also just browse to it. My Computer. You should see iPhone listed as Camera. Just go into it, go into folder, copy off files.Windows XP Pro, iPhone (1st Gen) | AppleTV
