How to change measurements from inches to mm? Imperial to metric iPad

Go to Settings, tap General, tap International, and set the Region Format to "United Kingdom".

Try removing Pages from your iPad and reinstalling. That might get it to pick up the changed setting.

From what I can fathom, The ruler and measurements is determined by what International settings are selected. Apple has "standardized" these settings from international agreements? I would like to see the Canadian settings altered to allow for Imperial measurements within the Canadian settings on the iPad. In order to get Imperial on the ruler, I have to select United States International, but then the Dictionary is set to US and all the Canadian spellings are wrong. I would prefer to be able to select the Canadian international with either Imperial or metric settings as both measurements are still standard in Canada.
