MacCleanse has cleaned me out

I found MacCleanse on the Apple downloads page ( http://www.apple.com/downloads/?cid=OAS-US-DOMAINS-guide.apple.com/) and I decided to try it out. In cleaning out the storage I told it to let every language except English (american) go. Here's what happened:
1) I cannot open System Preferences, mail, Safari and a few other applications.
2) I uninstalled Safari and reinstalled it and now I have it back. However........
My Address Book (title only) is in Chinese.......My Firefox instructions are in Spanish and I still cannot access System Preferences or Mail. Can anyone help me? Thanks

iMac Intel, Macbook, Mac OS X (10.6.1)
