No. For several reasons:
1) Snow Leopard drops support for the PowerPC processors like the one used in the PowerBook G4
2) Each DVD that comes with a new Mac is set up to only install on that model of Mac. It contains only the hardware support necessary for that model, and the installer verifies.
3) It would be a copyright infringement to do so, since the license only permits you to use it on the Mac you purchased it for; if you want to install a copy on multiple systems you'd want to purchase retail multi-license packs.
You can install iWork, provided that you have a license for it. iWork still ships as a universal binary (works on PowerPC and Intel CPUs). I generally buy the family pack, for example, that permits installation on 5 computers (we only have 3 right now, but it still is cheaper than one per computer).
