Iphone Photo Information?

Is there a way to view the photo information (label) on the iphone photo. I would like to label each and have a way to tap the photo to flip for the information like as a flashcard for teaching.

Possibly an app that allows full screen photo on display iphone and then tap to flip for information? Can't seem to locate any.

There are dedicated flashcard apps, if that's your goal....otherwise look for portfolio apps aimed at photographers.
