Time Machine Error: (-41)

Time Machine used to backed up all the data until I decided to update the HD. Originally all the data was on a 1TB backing up to a 1.5TB. Upgraded all the HD in the machine to 4 x 2TB and added a G-Raid of 4TB. Moved all the original data to a raid slice of 4TB(2x2TB), setup Time Machine to backup to another raid slice of 4TB (2x2TB) and now Time Machine fails with ErrorL (-41) SrcErr: NO Copying ......

Read every single issue written online about this error. Fixed permissions, changed flags, you name it. Still getting the same error.
Any light will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Depending on how much data is on the "original," that's likely too small. See #1 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions (or use the link in *User Tips* at the top of this forum).

and now Time Machine fails with ErrorL (-41) SrcErr: NO Copying ......

Read every single issue written online about this error.

Including #C3 in Time Machine - Troubleshooting (or use the link in *User Tips* at the top of this forum)?

+Depending on how much data is on the "original," that's likely too small+

The size of the source data to backup is under 1TB

+Including #C3 in Time Machine - Troubleshooting (or use t...+

Read through all the pages and there are similarities between (-36) and (-41) but they are not the same.

I'm still having been able to make it work.

Oh, you'll be fine, then. At least until you put a lot more stuff on there.

Maybe, maybe not; but follow the steps in #C3, starting with the blue box. That should help narrow down what and where the problem is, so you can fix it.

It took me sometime to answer your comment as I've been trying almost everything of what's recommended and still I'm in the same situation. Don't know if the information displayed in logs will help us but here it is:

Here are the permissions of the files where fails:
drwxr-xr-x+ cmoreno staff 272 May 27 06:30 1

I'm user cmoreno and I'm member of staff and also admin for the whole system. The interesting part as that until I decided to upgrade the HD TimeMachine worked perfectly fine.

Again, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried excluding that file from backups, per #C3 in Troubleshooting?

If you do, and the backup completes, there's clearly something wrong with that file.

Removed the files and failed again. I'm continuing to remove/exclude files to see if I can make it through. Coincidentally, I have noticed that right before backupd fails I always get mdworker errors GetTrackAtom: with (error -12842) and the error are always associated with either movies or mpeg files. Don't know if there is an association, should not.
I will disable (temporarily) Spotlight to see if I can go through without it and we'll see. If succeeds I will re-enable Spotlight back. I believe my problem is (might be) exclusively with creating the "first" (big) backup and right after will be OK

Thanks for your patience and support

Same error, different file? If not, post back.

Yes, that's one of the things in the pink box in #C3. Try the others, too.

Possibly.
