Error Message Anyone seen or know what would cause this?

Anyone have ideas? I'm sorry if this isn't the right forum.

That would appear to be an error with one of Roxio's burning products trying to burn a disc. These reasons exist for this are often due to a common thread of issues with optical discs:

Or that you are using a version of the Roxio software not designed for your hardware or software.
