WASP WWS500 HID Bluetooth Barcode Scanner

I'm also having the same issue, did anyone find a solution?
Better late then never!
Just connected WWS500 to my iPad 2.
You need to reset to defaults first and then set the default CR+LF to NONE
Adjust the bluetooth timeout to 5 minutes and the Set The Connection
After a few minutes it appeared 😉
Let me know how you get on.
I'm using this for my ePos & Web software, this is for a very hard process, scanning barcodes using an App to display non linked images - it's rather neat 🙂.
When you talk about reseting the defaults, are you talking about on the scanner or on the ipad.
I have a WWS-800 C that I am trying to connect to either a ipad 1 or 2.
Thanks
Yes reset the barcode scanner.
I just wanted to share that I also got my iPhone 4S to work with my WWS-500.
I have an iPad HD (3) and found that if you are prompted for a passkey to pair the device use the booklet and on page 34 scan the numbers then go to page 37 and scan enter. Worked like a charm.
Ingenico has a 1D Bluetooth barcode scanner certified MFi by Apple.
http://baracoda.ingenico.com/Baracoda-i-fly.aspx
Baracoda i-Fly is compatible with Apple iPod touch, iPhone and iPad.
Baracoda i-Fly supports IAP Bluetooth profile and is MFi certified, which means it is 100% compatible with Apple development standards and performances.
Its Bluetooth connection is bidirectional, which enables the i-Fly to transmit data both ways in mode « No Data Loss »).
Furthermore, Firmware update is also possible, which is not the case for non-MFi certified devices.
