How to report problem with purchased iBook

I purcahsed an iBook, Speaker for the Dead, by Orson Scott Card, and about 2/3 of the way in detected a problem - starting at about page 200 the pages were scanned or OCR'd out of order (ex. 212, 211, 214, 213, etc.). How do you I report the problem and will the book get rescanned?

If you log in to your iTunes account from within iTunes on your Mac or PC and select iTunes Help, you can contact iTunes support and they'll get back to you fairly quickly with a response and hopefully a solution.

Bozel,

If/when you receive a receipt there will be a "Report a Problem" link in the email.
