RAM Manufacturer is 0x80AD. What Company is it and What Chips Does It Use?

Hi. I just like to know more about my machine (coz' I'm happy with it, not perfect though). My RAM are all from Apple. It's an iMac i7 8GB. Does anyone know who the 0x80AD manufacturer is and what chips they use for their RAMs? Thanks in advance.
