Waking From Sleep

My system has taken to waking itself from sleep during the night. Checking the console the following is noted:

+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM com.apple.usbmuxd[34] DeviceRequestAsync failed: 0xe0004057+
+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM kernel Wake reason = RTC+
+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM kernel RTC: maintenance alarm 2010/6/1 08:02:41, sleep 2010/6/1 06:44:48+
+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM kernel System Wake+
+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM kernel Previous Sleep Cause: 5+
+6/1/10 1:02:42 AM kernel AppleBCM5701::selectMedium - autoselect, any duplex, flow control allowed+

Does anyone understand what is happening and how do I fix this situation?
