Podcast Producer -unable to manage

I have successfully set up PCP 2 on 10.6.3 to run jobs and authenticate against Active Directory. However I can not manage the workflows and so on all I get is:

User username not administrator of pcast service

I assume I have not managed to configure group membership correctly. Is there a way to fix this?
