I spent quit a bit of time with apple support, but the solution that actually worked was to *totally removing iTunes* (my version was already the most up-to-date 9.1.1). +However removing iTunes is not as easy as just dragging the iTunes icon over to the trash can.+

Follow each step, line by line, each one is very important.
You also need to last 9 "Additional Items" to make sure everything is removed 100%"

P.S.
1. Make sure you "*Empty your Trash Can*" before Restarting you computer.
2. After you download iTunes again, you can find the iTunes icon by opening the "*Application folder*", finding *iTunes logo*, and then drag the icon back down to the dock.
I hope that helps several others out there, as Apple Support didn't really have a solution because this has just started happening.
