Opening iMac G5(?) Leopard case

Hi, I wish to be able to open the case of my iMac G5 case. Is this possible? It is a 10.5.8 Leapard and so far I have only noticed 1 screw in the bottom, and a open space (vent?) hole in the top. If this has something to do with the screen coming out first, I would like to know at first.
I have used PC's for a while and they are very reluctant at opening and modifying/repairing things. I wanted to add some new hardware to my iMac, and I wish to be able to know how to to modify or open the case/cover of one of these iMacs.
If somebody could link me to a .pdf or guide listing how to do this, that would be great. On my iMac at home, I am thinking of replacing some hardware in these iMacs with new hardware. I know this may seem out of place and un-needed, but I would just like to know in advance.
Here is a picture of what type of Mac it is, if some dont understand.
