1. Find Bonjour in the list
2. Click on Bonjour and click on the "click here for more information" link
3. This will bring up "Support Info"
4. Make sure iTunes is off!!!

I will try this....here is my issue

I am trying to share my itunes library on a windows Xp SP 3 machine with my two macbooks. Itunes in the PC says Bonjour service is not on. I have uninstalled and installed bonjour from on the PC. I even went to Admin Services in Control Panle and found the place to turn on Bonjour. When I started bonjou I got an error meesage the said "refer to service specific error code 87". I am stumped for now. Can anyone help??

The above processes won't work for most people. Follow these steps instead:

FIRST: Install Bonjour from the link above.

Using Windows Explorer, go to C:/Program Files/Bonjour/ and rename these 2 files:

* mdnsNSP.dll to mdnsNSP.bak
* mDNSResponder.exe to mDNSResponder.bak

Install iTunes (it will fail, do NOT click Cancel at that point)

Refresh the Bonjour folder. Delete the files:

* mdnsNSP.dll
* mDNSResponder.exe

Rename the following files:

* mdnsNSP.bak to mdnsNSP.dll
* mDNSResponder.bak to mDNSResponder.exe

Finish install of iTunes
