airport express and ssh via command line

I want to connect to my imac from school using the command line. I'm using Airport Express router at the moment. I located my IP Address and need to do a "port mapping" but I'm not sure how to set it up. When I go to my Airport Utility - Network Setup -> Advanced and get the dialog box that says "Enter the information for the port mapping." This is the part where I'm unsure what to do next.
What goes into "Public Port Number," "Private IP Address," and "Private Port Number?" I would be grateful for any help or information.

Port mapping takes a minimum of two steps: 1) Assign either a static or DHCP-reserved IP address for the device on the local network that will be accessed from the Internet, and 2) Define the appropriate TCP/UDP ports to be opened in the router in order to communicate to this device.

To setup port mapping on an 802.11n AirPort Express Base Station (AXn), either connect to the AXn's wireless network or temporarily connect directly, using an Ethernet cable, to Ethernet port of the AXn, and then use the AirPort Utility, in Manual Setup, to make these settings:

1. Reserve a DHCP-provided IP address for the host device.
Internet > DHCP tab
o On the DHCP tab, click the "+" (Add) button to enter DHCP Reservations.
o Description: <enter the desired description of the host device>
o Reserve address by: MAC Address
o Click Continue.
o MAC Address: <enter the MAC (what Apple calls Ethernet ID if you are using wired or AirPort ID if wireless) hardware address of the host device>
o IPv4 Address: <enter the desired IP address>
o Click Done.

2. Setup Port Mapping for SSH on the AXn.
Advanced > Port Mapping tab
o Click the "+" (Add) button
o Service: Remote Login - SSH
o Public UDP Port(s): <leave blank>
o Public TCP Port(s): <this should auto-populate with the value of 22>
o Private IP Address: <enter the IP address of the host device>
o Private UDP Port(s): <leave blank>
o Private TCP Port(s): <this should auto-populate with the value of 22>
o Click "Continue"
