iTunes login

When I finally get connected to internet, iTunes store is unavailable. How do I login and see Store information? There isn't a login place. I'm able to on my laptop, but not on my PC.

Hate to call you out Chris haha (since you have great knowledge and have helped me out several times!!) 🙂 , but there actually is no tick box for iTunes store in the General part of preferences.

If iTunes store is not an option on the left, it is possible it is disabled via parental controls. Go into preferences as Chris suggested, and click the Parental tab. See if "Disable iTunes Store" is checked, if so, uncheck it. If you cannot change this because it is locked, click the lock in the bottom left and enter your password. If you don't know the password since you are not the master account, then you need to speak to the person who is in control of the parental controls to authorize this.

If the iTunes Store option IS there, but you are simply having problems connecting to the store, it is possible there is a problem with your internet connection, or the store is temporarily down. Another way you can try to access the store and account info is by going to the toolbar at the top, click Store, and then use any of the options in that drop down menu.
