p2 file import error

just started working on a project. dvcpro hd 720/59.94. i was given a hard drive with p2 files copied to it. as best as i can tell they copied the entire p2 card volume including contents folder & lastclip.txt file. when i go into log & tranfer on fcp and select a folder for import i get the following error message:

AVC-intra codec not found

any ideas where i'm going wrong and what to do about it. thanks.

thanks shane, that did the trick. however i have a follow-up problem ...

fwiw, these are long clips nearly an hr long and represent different cameras in a multi-cam shoot. everything for the most part imports just fine except for a few clips. what's happened to a few clips is they go into the queue just fine and the status circle spins and the status bar progresses up to a point when the status bar stops and i get an exclamation mark inside a red circle in the status column and there's no clip in the logging bin. now is some cases when i go to the capture folder on my raid, there's a partial quicktime of the clip and in some cases there's nothing. probably half & half. in the log & transfer preview window i can definitely see the complete clip and it plays so i know it exists but something appears to be hanging up on at least a couple of them. anyone have any idea what's going on. thanks.
