Convert PowerPoint to Keynote without Keynote

I wonder if there is a tool that can convert a PPT into a KNT without loading it into keynote. I know that I can simply load a ppt into keynote and then save it later as knt. But is there a tool that can take ppt and spit out knt so I can upload it to my ipad when I do not have my macbook around? (or without sending it via email)

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5)

Keynote for iPad can read ppt without needing it to be converted to knt.

Yes I know but how do I get the presentation onto the iPad then?
If I use iTunes to copy a ppt onto iPad (via the app page under keynote) the presentation does not appear when I start keynote. I can see that the file has been copied onto the ipad (in itunes) but not on the ipad

Ahh problem solved, I have to hit the little folder on the top right and import the files...otherwise they do not appear under my presentations
