Diagnostics for iPhone

hi, dose anyone know how to run a diagnostics test on an iPhone 3GS 32GB?

MacBook Pro 13", iPhone 3GS 32GB, Mac mini, iPod Classic 30GB, Mac OS X (10.6.3), Don't like Microsoft

Apple includes diagnostic testing equipment at an Apple store.

Is their any software avalible to download for it? my nearest apple store is quite a distance away

In a word, no.

This is used by a device along with whatever software is included with the device. This is not available to consumers.

What is the problem?

I was skateboarding and my iPhone fell out of my pocket as I fell off and onto it. It's scratched all the back, but since then It has been exiting apps and sometimes opening other apps. So I wanted to do a diagnostics on it, with out paying for a pro to do it.

You can use iTunes to back up your phone and restore it to factory. This would probably be the best test. Try using it for a day and seeing if it helps.

Your 3GS should still be under warranty. Since there is no way for you to fix the phone yourself without voiding the warranty, the best choice is to take it to Apple.
