Switching between multiple safari windows

Greetings,

Can someone tell me how to switch between two or more open safari windows? Not tabs, but windows. The Command/Tab is not the answer.

Thank you,

Noekae

What a great system this mac OS is!!!
Should this be a user-friendly operating system???
On a Windows or Linux system you can easily switch from one window to another just the same whether they belong to the same application of not. But on an Apple computer, of course, it must be different! I wonder how Apple lovers can say that it is a user-friendly system.

Why should I, as a normal user, take care about how to switch from one window to another??? So sometimes I have to use Cmd + Tab and another time I have to use this idiotic finger breaking key combination. AND when I use the wrong key combination I go to a window I do not really need at all and have to switch back and use the other (the correct) key combination!

This is ridiculous and embarassing for a company that does so much marketing about the user-friendliness if their systems. This is just cheap. Apple made a fool of many of us!

Hi --

I just bought a Mac Air with Snow Leopard (I'd been using normal Leopard before) and Safari 5. So I'm not sure whether it's that I don't know where the settings are, or that there's something strange, or that the Asian keyboard may be throwing something off...

The Command + ` shortcut that still works to cycle through windows in the Finder doesn't work in Safari. I've tried assigning the shortcut in the Keyboard Shortcuts -> Applications section of the Systems Pref, but that doesn't work either. The Cmd + Tilde + L also doesn't work (and requires two hands!).

What else can I try?

T.

Command tilde is no more of a finger breaking combination than command tab...

I know. Instead of quickly switching to a app you have to cycle through every open window as well... No thanks! I have no problem with command tab for apps and command tilde for windows.

Using an incorrect keyboard combination is a personal problem that no OS/App is going to fix.

Not long after I posted the question I discovered Expose.

Thank goodness, because that is the solution to this. Expose works great.

F10 shows you the windows for the current application
F9 shows you all the windows for all the applications

(If you have a laptop, you have to press the FN key at the same time.)
