Nano - video recording inquiry

Hi,

Does the 5th generation Ipod Nano allow for continuous video recording?

I'm looking at buying one to record continously for 8hrs a day.

...and/or how long can I record on the highest gigabyte model?

Thanks heaps,

PS

5th Gen, Windows XP Pro

the previous answer is wrong.
the ipod will record for 1,9 gigabites then resume its recording. that amounts to about 1 hour 40. you can start recording again but usually batery runs dry after 2 hrs 15. there is unfortunately no way to turn off video monitor display and that ***** the battery dry. Maybe if you record with the usb plugged in a computer you might get more juice. I tried looking into buying a solar charger that recharges as we record but that seems to work only if ipod is off (then recharging) Maybe if you shuffle between two ipods, one recharging while the other one recording, you might be able to do an 8 hour recording. good luck (I use my ipod to record running races thus the need for long takes)
