Problem - IPhone 3GS not booting
Hi,
I had my IPhone for about 5 months, and this morning I used it a bit to look on the internet while walking. I closed it and put it in an empty pocket, and when I pulled it out again, I tried to push the button but nothing appeared. I tried to use the on/off button, but nothing as well. He was fully charged at the time, but I said myself that maybe it was a problem with the battery.
So I went and I plugged it when I got home, but nothing has changed. I tried plugging it in my computer and in the wall, but nothing happens at all. I try to press the "on-off" button for a short time or a long time, but the red bar never appears and he never boots.
There has been no shock, no water or wathever else on it. He just... stopped working. And he was working perfectly 5 minutes earlier.
Couldn't be a virus, I was only surfing on my usual news sites (cyberpresse.ca).
Any idea about what I could do? Is there anyway to "hard reset" it without using the on-off button, since that does nothing at all?
Thank you,
Alexandre Beaulieu
