How can I get the missing Jam Packs on my computer if it can't read the cd?

I was able to install the Jam packs on my MBP, but my iMac can't read Jam Pack Disc 2. Is there a way to copy the Jam packs from the MBP, and drag them into a folder on the iMac? I've tried dragging them into Library/Application Support/Logic, but they don't appear in the program I did the same for Garageband and no results.
