AppleTV and TV shows

I have a few tv series that I have synced with my AppleTV. About a week ago, the ATV began only showing unwatched episodes. My selection in iTunes is for all shows to be on the ATV. My ATV is on the network and has a connection to iTunes. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it?

24" iMac Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz (White), Mac OS X (10.5.6), 1 GB RAM, 500 GB HD

Did you switch ATV menu to show only Unwatched content. Menu item up top when looking at TV Show list. You can toggle between all or unwatched.
