Capture Data - where to download?

I would like to diagnose some recent problems I have on my Mac. Where can I get Capture Data from?

I hope to help Apple diagnose the problems (they suggested to do an Archive and Install, but I don't want to go that far)

Is it similar to Sysinternal's Process Monitor?

Macbook Pro 15in i7 April 2010 (stock), Mac OS X (10.6.3), iPhone 3G

This would be available in the Console application, this is in the utilities folder

Nah, not Console. I'm talking about the app "Capture Data" Apple support gives out to help diagnose problems.

According to the first link you provided, the answer is here:

It appears that you will have to request it from Apple.
