Go to 'store', look on the left side a little ways down, you should see 'education store'

Beware that if you buy at the educational discount, you won't be able to receive discounts on any major upgrade to Logic. I purchased Logic Pro 8 this way and had to dish out the full price to upgrade to Logic Pro 9. It isn't worth the $50.00 you will save.
