itunes store doesnt work....

everytime i try going to itunes store it says "make sure you network settings are connect and your network conection is active" my internet is working though because i can use my internet search engine and stuff...
what do i do?

My suggestion is to shop at Amazon for mp3s. Amazon tracks will work on any player, add directly to itunes, and their website setup lets you get to a customer service email within 1 click, instead of Apple's nested menu that is deliberately difficult to navigate for Windows users who don't have some sort of apple hardware serial number to type in.



Amazon also doesn't expect other users to provide customer service for their store!
