Ok,
Try this, download the original dock files from
http://leoparddocks.com/GetYour_Original_DockBack.php

Go to Macintosh HD > /System/Library/Core Services/
Right-Click on "Dock" and select "Show Package Contents"
Go to /Contents/Resources/
Move the files you downloaded to that folder
Open Terminal and type "killall Dock" (without the quotes)
The dock should restart and have the original look.

I download ColorDock and tried it, it modifies the scurve- .png files in the dock application.
So by replacing those files with the ones from the download link, it should without fail revert the dock back to it original state, provided the files are really copying over and replacing the old ones.
Have you tried restarting the computer? The killall dock should work, but maybe you have a special case.

Try this,
Download this dock, http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=Slate+Dock#/d1tx82s
Double click the iContainer, CandyBar will open, select the dock and click the Use This Dock button (lower right corner). Apply the dock, and see if it changed the dock. If it did try restoring the dock with CandyBar.

Also try repairing the disk permissions.
