Email the developer and see what they can do for you. You can also contact Apple and see if they can help you get the app back.
Some how or somewhere the app was deleted on the iPad before you synced the ipad to itunes. If you delete an app before you sync to iTunes there is no recourse in getting the app back through iTunes.
Yes there is, just download the app again. If you already paid for an app you can download it as
many times as you want without additional charge. A message will pop up saying something like
"you already purchased this app do you want to download again" or similar.
did you get any answers regarding this? it also disappeared from my iPhone. i tried to download it again on iTunes but it was nowhere to be found. Let me know what you found out. Thanks!
hello, i an having the same problem
i did the most recent iphone update and all of a sudden the ndrive app was gone
i contacted the itunes store thru e-mail 4 times with NO help at all
i also contacted ndrive twice and they've never gotten back to me
can anyone suggest any help, thanks
Same here! My ish just disappeared! It's not even available in iTunes anymore!? If it's because of a newer vers for ios4 then they better give us some kind of promo code to get it for free because we already paid for it. If it's just done period... I want a **** refund... Could put that $3 towards a working, non-disappearing app >:/
Mine also disappeared when I upgraded. It is not on my account and is not available on itunes. Received a reply from apple:
'Richard, I searched the store for this item and it seems that it is not available at the moment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This can happen when the content provider (Developer and Companies) updates or upgrades their content. Please try again in a week or two.'
Also on my iPhone "Ndrive Western Europe" disappeared instantly after synchronization, so it did from my iTunes list of applications and (independently) from iTunes store in Switzerland, so there is no way to get it back.
It took 3 emails to iTunes Store support and one to the developer to get the refund, but my question: "Additionally, since apparently I was not the only user who has experienced this problem, I would like to ask why Ndrive application on
my iPhone has been deleted during synchronization? Should I expect in
the future that also other applications, if withdrawn from iTunes store,
will be disappearing from my iPhone?" remained unanswered...
