I also tried to see if there was an option to refund, but because this item was purchased in June 2010, the offer to refund is not available. (...)"
I could not believe this!!! This is crazy! I've bought this app 3 months ago per 29,99€ and now it seems I will lose the app and the money! Incredible... How is this possible??? I've bought a lot of apps but if I don't get a refund on this, I will not buy anything else.
Apple has removed the NDrive apps from the store permanently and the developer has not offered a revised version that passes Apples QC yet. If your local copy has disappeared (mine has not, by the way), request a refund from Apple for the price you paid. That's the only resolution available at this point.
