Hello:
The hard drive on my MacBook crashed last week with nothing retrievable. I've replaced it with a new hard drive and have re-installed all the programs. All the music that was on the MacBook is also on my iPhone, and I need to know how to transfer the music to my MacBook. I'm not so concerned about the stuff I downloaded from my own CDs, but more concerned with music I bought from iTunes Store. Is there a tried and true method to accomplish this? I'm not a novice, but I'm no wizard, either. Make it easy for me, please?
Thanks,
Medren

Connect the iPhone and choose Transfer Purchases from the dialog box which appears or the File menu in iTunes. Do NOT sync the iPhone until you've completed this task.
