"Session terminated" message on many sites
Since this is happening when using Safari, I posted it here. The problem may be somewhere else and more global.
Recently - a few months or so, and over at least two Safari releases, I have received the subject message often in various forms. The two cases are with online banking SW (NOT NatWest, which I have seen referenced a lot), and on various forum software.
On the bank side, the message requires that I log in again most of the time because of what they suggest is a security requirement. This occurs with with very few exceptions, so that I have to use another browser to access my account.
On the forum side, when I try to reply to a post, I complete the reply window, sometimes in only a few seconds, but when I post, the forum SW comes back with something like (it varies by forum SW) "your session timed out since you last viewed this post". Simply clicking the post button always posts the reply.
Anything specific I can look at that manages this on the system?
