Window automatically opens with Snow Leopard

I've noticed with Snow Leopard recently, every time I start up the computer a window automatically opens on the desk top.The name on the window is "DutchIproj". It's in this location: /System/Library/PrivateFramework/iLifeMediaBrowser.framework/Versions/A/Resourc es/Dutch.Iproj. Is there any way to stop this window from opening at startup?

2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X (10.6.3)

Go to your Startup items, located in System Preferences -- Accounts -- Login Items

The folder you're talking about should be on the list. Highlight it and click the "-" sign. That should do it. If not, post back here.
