KEYNOTE IPHONE IPAD

There is a Apple presentation on wirelessly using an Iphone to Control a Macbook running a Keynote presentation. Will the same system run between a Ipad Running the Keynote presentation? I would be nice to place the Ipad on the clients desk facing him/her and use the Iphone to control the presentation. This would allow you to look at the Client who is looking at the presentation. Is this possible?
