Ringtone disappeared

I recently bought a ringtone for my new 3GS (Benny Hill theme), and had it set as my default ringtone for about a week. Today, I noticed that I was back to the default ringtone, and the purchased one is no where to be found.

I've been Googling quite a bit, and can't really find any answers that apply to my situation. Several times I've seen people mention the Ringtones section in the Library, but my Library has no Ringtones section.

I went back to the iStore, found the exact same ringtone, but it looks like I'd have to purchase it all over again.

All I've done lately is add a couple of games to the phone, I have no idea why this would happen.

p.s. I thought about checking 'sync ringtones' on the ringtone tab when my phone is connected to iTunes, but I get a message saying that all music, movies, and tv shows will be deleted. What a joke!
