zip files to itunes

I am just curious if anyone knows how to transfer a zip music file into itunes. If anyone can help that would be cool!

Unzip it and then import the unzipped files. iTunes doesn't unzip files.

download 7-Zip from here: http://www.7-zip.org/. install the app, then right-click on the zip file.

On a Windows machine, double-click it and then click "Extract." When it is done, a new folder will appear and you will have the contents as individual files. If they are iTunes-compatible, you can simply add them to your iTunes library.

When you are done, you can discard the original zip file.
