iPhone 3GS: new iTunes 9.2 displays error wile syncing

Wile syncing the 9.2 version of iTunes shows an error it could not sync my phone because "the file is alreda existin" this is my translation of my german error message.

The sync seems to be working anyhow.

Does anybody know how to ged rid of this message?

Intel DC 3 GHz, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

The Error persists with iOS4...
In german it reads

"Das iPhone "xxx" kann nicht synchronisiert werden.
Der angegebene Dateiname ist bereits vorhanden"

it means

"The iPhone "xxx" can not be synchronized.
The named Filename is already existing"

The sync seems to be working anyhow, but it is
annoying having to click "ok" in the dialog every time synching in order to resume the progress.

Does anyone have a clue what is going wrong with that?
