I want to enable cookies on my mac book.

I want to send photos to Photobucket, but they say I must enable cookies. I went to Safari, then system preferences, then clicked security icon. I think I was supposed to get a choice regarding cookies, but I did not see any way to say OK enable the cookies for this Photobucket site I am visiting.
Where on my mac can I enable the cookies ?

mac book pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

Safari->Preferences-> *Accept Cookies* ->first or third choice. I use the third and have never had an issue. Quit Safari after setting, relaunch, and try again.

Don't forget the Security tab at top.

Safari > Preferences > Security > then choose the first or 3rd radial button to Allow Cookies > Always or Sites I visit.

Thanks for pointing out that I missed the Security tab in my post. BTW, it's Accept and not Allow. 😉 The first sentence should read:

Safari->Preferences->Securiy-> *Accept Cookies* ->first or third choice

I went to : Safari>system preferences>security,,,,,but no mention of cookies on the page that comes up....what am I missing ???? Thanks for trying to help. I see no place where I can choose "first or third choice" as you mentioned. There are several boxes to check, but none mention cookies.

In the Safari menu, select "preferences," NOT "system preferences" from the Apple menu.

Not Safari>System Preferences>Security

Safari>Preferences…>Security tab. Or, type cmd-, in Safari and click on the Security tab.
