The 10.6.4 update for Mac OS X includes Flash Player, but not the latest version.*
The newest edition of Flash Player is 10.1.85.3 and you can download it from the official Adobe site.

To find out which version of Flash Player you are currently using click on the link below:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

To download the latest release of Flash Player 10.1 click on the link below:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

* Note if you already have version 10.1 installed the updater leaves it in place.

You can get the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller here.
