Combine L and R Wav on one track?

Dunno how. I've made sort of stereo out of mono, but now I've got a bunch of .wav files. Ea. file has a L and a R version=two audio files. How do I put 'em together so I can play both at once?

I haven't found an easy way of putting split stereo files together in STP. You can drag them into a new multitrack project, pan the L hard Left and the R hard right and re-export. Obviously, that's a pain if you have a lot of files.

Do you have any other options? It's easier to work with these in ProTools, since you can just drag them to a stereo track and they match up automatically, then you export.

I've even had a little easier time with audio editors, like Amadeus Pro and the free Audacity. If you have experience with a different editor, it might end up being a bit easier for you there, too.

Good luck!

Matt
