I know personally that the 2009 one will not work because I own a 2009 Mini Client and have that DVD, thus the workaround. The 2010 Server will not boot the 2009 disk.

It happens occasionally, to everyone, even long time Apple Discussions members. The Hosts are just doing their job as best as they can. Do not always take what occurs here as personal to you, especially if your comment was removed, but you did not receive a warning email. Just grow a bit thicker skin.
